Vera Assistant started as a way to make sure every teammate at ConnectOne 365 had someone to turn to when things broke. The goal was never just faster responses—it was about bringing warmth back into IT conversations and giving specialists room to do their best work.

Every workflow, escalation path, and article we craft is rooted in real moments we have supported. We obsess over the handoffs, the follow-ups, and the sigh of relief when someone gets the answer they need. That focus still guides us today.
